  • Do you carry women's sizes?

    You bet! We carry a full line of women's shoes designed from the ground up with women's feet in mind.

  • How do your men's sizes translate to women's sizes?

    There is no direct translation for men's to women's sizing. For accurate sizing, measure your foot (bare footed, standing up) and compare to the sizing chart found on product pages of our website.

  • Do your shoe sizes come in varying widths?

    Our shoes are only available in standard D width.

  • What is the mm drop between the heel and toe of Forsake shoes?

    All of our models have between a 6mm and 9mm drop from heel to toe.

  • How can I put the Forsake logo on all of my stuff?

    Free stickers of course! We have 1″x5″ solids and 1.5″x8″ die cuts. Send an email with your address and how many you’d like to stickers@forsake.com and we’ll hook you up!

  • Where did the name Forsake come from?

    Forsake was started by two college buddies: Sam and jake. They started the brand because they wanted a footwear option better suited for their lifestyle and adventures. The two founders were the brand’s first customers, so they named it Forsake; a shortened version of for Sam and Jake.

  • How do I enter the photography contest?

    Every year, Forsake hands out prizes for great shots of people getting out and being #adventureworthy. To enter, simply email your pictures to contest@forsake.com. Every entrant is a winner! Three lucky winners per drawing period win free kicks!


  • The size i want isn’t available in the online store, what can i do?

    If a shoe is out of stock on our website, try one of the retail partners on our dealer list. Otherwise, enter your email address in the “out of stock notification” field on the product page and we will let you know when new ones arrive.

  • Can i place an order over the phone?

    At this time orders can only be placed through our website or an authorized Forsake dealer.

  • Can i change or cancel my order with Forsake?

    We are committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed it generally goes immediately into our fulfillment process and may not be cancelled. If you made a mistake in the ordering process, please email us directly at info@forsake.com and we will do our best to fix the problem.

    We offer UPS Overnight, 2-Day, and Three Day Select expedited shipping options in addition to standard Ground. You can select your shipping method at checkout. All orders ship the business day after an order is placed. NOTE: UPS does not deliver to PO boxes!

  • Does Forsake ship outside the USA?

    Forsake ships direct to the USA and Canada. Canadian shipments are fulfilled through our distributor/partner in Canada.

  • How do I clean my Forsakes?

    Due to the leather materials and use of waterproof membranes in Forsake shoes, care should be taken when cleaning Forsake shoes. Never apply excessive heat or machine-dry Forsakes. Most common cleaning can be done by rinsing or soaking Forsake shoes in a tub. A mild laundry detergent is optional. Cleaning agents that are not intended for clothing should not be used on Forsake shoes, as leathers/membranes can be damaged.

  • What's the status of my return/exchange?

    Exchanges are shipped as soon as the original pair is scanned in by our shipper. You will receive an email confirmation when this happens.

    Returns are processed after inspection by our warehouse. Please allow 5-10 business days from the day you send your return to us before inquiring about return status.
