We will gladly process returns on any unused, undamaged merchandise purchased at,, or (fulfilled by Forsake) within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange for an item(s) of equal or lesser value. Merchandise returned after the 30 day period, but before 90 days, may be exchanged for an item(s) of equal or lesser value.

Return shipping is free for all exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable. For all non-warranty returns, $10 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping. Additionally, shoes returned with damaged or missing packaging are subject to a $5 restocking fee.

Note: Orders placed using promotional discount codes are final. Returns will not be accepted unless due to a warranty issue or Forsake error. Size exchanges are permitted.

This does not apply to public sales or free shipping discounts, which are subject to our normal returns/exchanges policy unless otherwise stated. 


Forsake products are covered by a six month warranty that protects the original owner against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. If your product is defective, we’ll make it right. We are unable to cover warranty shipping for customers located outside of the United States or Canada. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, product abuse and/or negligence, or use of product for unintended purposes. This warranty also does not cover products discounted for closeout.

Return/Exchange Timing and Status

Exchanges to orders placed on will be processed immediately using our automated system and a replacement will be sent as soon as the original purchase is scanned by a carrier for return.

Returns are processed within five business days once delivered at our warehouse.
